If I could give it 0 stars I would. The product feels cheap and broke within a week of owning and the customer service basically said yeah you broke it so you’ll have to pay to fix it. For a company that claims “premium material” and “exceptional craftsmanship” both were very poor. I should not have to pay $35 + shipping for a product to be fixed within a week of owning. I would give 0/5 if I could. I do not recommend at all. Update: response states was snagged on which is false and entirely fabricated. It broke when being turned to bring the charms to the front on the 1st day out of the box.

The necklace is very pretty, but much thinner and frailer than I expected. One little pull and I'm afraid it will easily break. Since it doesn't have much weight, the charms easily turn over and don't sit right. Next time I will think about buying gold online...would rather see first.

At first I was excited to buy this and I checked out at $177.00 but 2 days later I get an email asking me to venmo $20 for the stone. I thought that was sketchy. I told them why didn't the app calculate the stone at the time of purchase. No answer and they just would not send the item without an extra $20.00 - It being Christmas and I needed this for my daughter I asked them to re-bill me the extra $20. They did, I paid and I was very surprised to even get it. Personally, next time I will go to a jewelry store when I travel to a larger city with more variety. You can't trust anything online anymore. This looks exactly like the picture. The company needs to have their website so it calculate the complete cost of an item. Also they need to have better customer service.
