Personalization
How should I enter personalization?
Enter names, symbols, dates, and capitalization exactly as they should be made, then review the production summary before cart.
What is the production summary?
It is the read-back of the selected product options and visible personalization fields. Review it carefully because it travels with the configured line item.
How do image and handwriting uploads work?
Upload the accepted file type on the product page. The file is attached to that product line; do not include private or payment information in the file.
Materials and sizing
How do I choose between material families?
Use the material family and finish shown on the product page. Silver or plated designs and 14K solid-gold designs retain separate pricing, imagery, and care context.
Why is ring size or item count not preselected?
These are high-consequence choices, so the product form requires an intentional selection rather than silently using a default.
Production and delivery
When does production begin?
Made-to-order timing begins after the configuration is accepted. Use the current estimate shown for the selected product and destination.
What should I do for a date-sensitive gift?
Check the current production and delivery estimate before checkout and allow additional time when the gifting date is fixed.
Care and support
How should I store the piece?
Keep it dry and separate from harder jewelry. Follow any product-specific care details shown on the listing.
How do I ask about an existing order?
Use the contact page and include the order number and the email used at checkout. Never send payment details.
Returns
Are personalized pieces returnable?
Eligibility can differ for personalized and standard items. Review the current refund policy before ordering or contact the team if the situation is unclear.
