Ask us before you order and we will tell you exactly what the recipient will see in the parcel — contact us.
Can it ship straight to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout and keep your own as the billing address.
What if something is wrong when it arrives?
If the piece does not match the design summary you approved, we correct or remake it. Personalized pieces are otherwise final sale — the full terms are in our refund policy.
