Took quite awhile to arrive. The seller offered me priority shipping to help speed up the process but it still took weeks which was a problem because it was a Christmas gift. However the bracelet was beautiful and my she loved it. Just make sure to order in well in advance.

So I absolutely adore this bracelet. However, I ordered rose gold and it was barely rose when I got it and now it has faded to just gold. The chain is still vaguely rose but the charms are gold. I’m disappointed in this but I still love it and will wear it.

If I could leave a 0 I would! I bought this bracelet, loved it when I received it! It was great for 3 days until it BROKE! The clip that attached the bracelet on each end completely broke and fell off my wrist. When I reached out to the company for replacement I told them I loved their product and would like to get a replacement- sent photos. They said they will replace it but I have to pay (“at a reduced rate”! I just paid for a product and it broke within DAYS and now you want me to pay AGAIN for a bracelet that I’m sure will break AGAIN? I’m sorry but that is not good customer service and clearly the item is bad quality. It’s a shame because it was beautiful for the couple days I got to wear it. Maybe things will change after me. Would NOT recommend.
