Beautiful product, it’s what I wanted and more
The necklace was great, however I was not happy with the engraving. I am young with no vision problems- the engraving is so small that I can’t read it. I notified the shop owner- they are very quick to respond & have offered me a replacement with a different font to address my complaint! Top Notch customer service & valiant attempts to make the customer happy. I will update my review further when I receive my replacement necklace.

The necklace is beautiful. It did not arrive on time but that was because of the Canada Post strike - customer service was excellent. The engraving is crazy small so it might not suit everyone but for what I needed, it was great!

I was initially disappointed that the engraving on the necklace was far too tiny to be legible - the seller was very responsive and will be recreating the necklace with a different and larger font.

definitely order way ahead of time, but great purchase. it came out beautiful.
Not a fan of the font, wish there were other options. My daughter’s name is Bryn, but it looks like Dryn. I still love the look of the interlocking hearts. I also switched out the chain as I prefer a more dainty one.
This is absolutely gorgeous! I sent Kevin a picture of an old necklace that had broken and he duplicated it from scratch. I don't even know how that's possible, other than magic fairies, of course. He did a beautiful job, and fast too! Thank you so much!
