As many of our products are custom pieces and one-of-a-kind, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order, we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction.
We reserve the right to initiate a restocking fee (30% of purchase amount) if somehow the purchased items is returned.
- Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
- If you would like to cancel your purchase, please contact our Customer Care Representatives within 6 hours of purchase.
- Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
- Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
